• • Batteries: At Guardian Vape, we offer a 30-day hassle-free warranty for vape batteries. If, within the first 30 days of receiving your item, the vape battery malfunctions, we will either refund your purchase or provide a replacement. It's important to note that vape batteries have a limited lifespan. Please be aware that our warranty becomes void if the battery has been misused, mishandled, or tampered with.

• • E-Liquids: Unfortunately, we cannot offer warranties for e-liquids as they are considered consumable products. However, if you receive the wrong flavor (unopened), we'll be delighted to exchange it for you.

• • Tanks, Coils, Atomisers, and Pods:  These items also fall under the category of consumable products and are not covered by our warranty. The only exception is if you discover a fault with these items upon arrival. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request images or ask you to return the item for inspection. Any obvious signs of malicious breakage will result in the voiding of your replacement or refund rights.

• • Chargers:  Our warranty for chargers, including vape chargers and charging cases, also extends to 30 days. We cover electrical faults such as no power output within this period. However, please be aware that physical damage exceeding normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. If the charger has been misused or mishandled, the warranty will be void.

For non-faulty products that remain unused and unopened, Guardian Vape offers a 14-day exchange policy. To initiate the exchange process, kindly inform us of your decision via email at [email protected]. Don't forget to include your name and order number in your email.

Please note that Guardian Vape is not responsible for shipping costs unless you are returning a faulty item or have received an incorrect shipment. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping expenses.

Guardian Vape is not responsible if the buyer posts an item for an exchange or refund and the parcel is lost for reasons that are at the hands of either the buyer or the courier, Guardian Vape is not responsible and will not issue a replacement or a refund in this case. You also forfeit the right to open a dispute for this scenario.

Terms and Conditions

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 5 days to process. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds via a different method or to a different card. Also, keep in mind that we will not refund the postage fee since it has already been posted once.

If you wish to return a product, you must first notify our customer service team at [email protected]. Please do not send unauthorized returns, as they will not be accepted. Ensure that the item is returned to the correct address:

Remember to include your name and order number inside the returning package. Returns must be made within the specified timeframe, and Guardian Vape reserves the right to refuse late returns.

In cases where a buyer has complained about an item, and after inspection, no fault is discovered, Guardian Vape will not issue a replacement. In this situation, the buyer will be responsible for covering a postage fee of £3.50. This fee is required if the buyer wishes to have the item returned within 14 days; otherwise, the item will be discarded.

We make every effort to process refunds promptly. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.

You have the right to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Notify our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate the cancellation process. Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 5 days to process.

Please be aware that sale items or purchases of ex-display models are exempt from the right to replacement, repair, or refund.
