You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. This provides you with ample time to reconsider your purchase, even if you’ve succumbed to late-night shopping temptations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and undamaged condition, just as you received it. All hardware items must be returned in their original packaging, including any outer sleeves that contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware returns without these packaging components.

You are welcome to keep any free gifts or samples that were included with your purchase.

If your return is approved, please make sure your items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. You can use any appropriate packaging materials; for instance, old newspapers work well.
