Product Warranty Policy

These products come with a 6-month warranty and are expected to have a lifespan of 12 months. It’s important to keep the outer packaging and any outer sleeve, as they contain the product’s serial number, which is necessary for any warranty claims.

These items are covered by a 3-month warranty and typically have a shelf life of approximately one year. The expected puff count is indicated on the device’s packaging. It’s worth noting that longer draws can lead to significantly lower puff counts. To facilitate warranty claims, please retain the outer packaging and the device or pod, as they contain the product’s serial number.

Please be aware that normal wear and tear, including scratches and discoloration from regular use, is not covered by our warranty. Our product warranty is designed to address manufacturer defects and includes replacements for products that are deemed faulty or irreparable.

If we determine that the item is not faulty, we will return it to you. In cases where we believe the item has been damaged, we reserve the right to decline a refund or return.

Please note, you are responsible for covering the return postage as well.

Regrettably, we cannot provide a warranty for these items due to health and safety considerations. However, if we discover a fault within 6 months of your purchase, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
