Return Policy
We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, please follow our returns policy outlined below.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. This provides you with ample time to reconsider your purchase, even if you've succumbed to late-night shopping temptations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and undamaged condition, just as you received it. All hardware items must be returned in their original packaging, including any outer sleeves that contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware returns without these packaging components.
You are welcome to keep any free gifts or samples that were included with your purchase.
Please send us an email with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for returning specific items from your order. We will respond with further instructions for returning your items, subject to returns approval.

If your return is approved, please make sure your items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. You can use any appropriate packaging materials; for instance, old newspapers work well.
For hygiene reasons, certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Opened e-liquids
- Tanks, atomizers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
- Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
- Drip tips (mouthpieces)
- Opened coils or pods
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest and easiest way is to place a new order for the item you need. Afterward, please contact us via email for instructions on how to return the unused items for a refund.
This way, you’ll receive the correct items promptly, and your refund will be processed once we receive the items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, and everything is in order, we will refund the product value, excluding any originally paid postage charges, back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
If you haven't received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us to confirm if we've received your return. If we've processed your refund, and it still hasn't appeared in your account, please get in touch with your card-issuing bank or company.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
