Here at Guardian Vape, we offer a 30-day fuss free warranty. If the vape battery stops working within the first 30 days of receipt of the item, then we will happily refund or replace your item. But warranties are limited to the first 30 days as vape batteries are manufactured with a restricted life span.
Guardian vapes warranty will be deemed as void if upon inspection of the battery, it has been misused, mis handled or tampered with.
Unfortunately, liquids are not covered under any of our warranty policies as they are a consumable. They come sealed so there is no room faults here. The only exception is that we have shipped the wrong flavour, which we will gladly exchange if unopened.
All other components: Tanks, Coils, Atomisers and Pods
These items are also consumables and are therefore not covered under warranty. The only exception here is that the item was faulty before use ( Upon Arrival ). To exercise this right, the buyer MUST have emailed customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt to notify them of this then the item will be replaced. We may ask for the item to be sent back to us for inspection or we may request images. This is at the discretion of the customer service team at Guardian Vape. If there is obvious sign of malicious breakage then replacement or refund right has been voided.
Guardian Vape does not produce its own chargers, all chargers are manufactured and supplied with batteries and therefore hold the same warranty of 30 days. We cover electrical faults, such as no power output but is not limited to this: this is at the discretion of Guardian Vape. This applies to Vape chargers and charging cases. Guardian Vape will not cover any physical damage that is higher than the level of normal wear and tear; if upon receipt the charger has been misused or mishandled; warranty will be voided.
For non-faulty products, Guardian Vape offers a 14-day exchange policy for items which have been not been used or opened. Please just inform us of your decision by email at email@example.com. We ask you to include your name and order number inside the returning package.
Guardian Vape is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred unless the return is as a result of a faulty item or the wrong item has been shipped. The buyer will be required to pay in all other cases.
Guardian vape is not responsible if the buyer posts an item for an exchange or refund and the parcel is lost for reasons that are at the hands of either the buyer or the courier, Guardian vape is not responsible and will not issue a replacement or a refund in this case. You also forfeit the right to open a dispute for this scenario.
We therefore would recommend a trackable service.
If approved, the method of refund will always be via the method paid. Refunds can take up to 5 days to arrive. We are unable to process your refund via a different method or to a different card.
Guardian Vape reserves the right to alter the sum of a refund and make a deduction based on the condition of the item upon receipt by the customer service team.
Conditions of Returns
You must have emailed customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify them of the return or the issue at hand.
A freehand return that customer service has not been notified of is classed as unauthorised and will be discarded of.

Items must be within the time frame stated in the relevant clause. Any later return will be processed the discretion of Guardian Vape with the right of refusal.
If the buyer has complained about an item and upon inspection, it is discovered that there is no fault. An replacement will not be issued , you will then be liable to pay a postage fee of £3.50 so the item can be sent back out to you within 14 days or the item will be discarded.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and once processed can take UP to 5 days to arrive.
Guardian Vape reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions without any notice and all returns will be processed at the discretion of Guardian vape.
Guardian Vape warranty cannot guarantee any products but will cover manufacturing faults if present. Normal wear and tear is not covered by Guardian Vape.
You have the right to cancel your order with us if we are yet to dispatch it. Please inform Customer service of your decision at email@example.com that you wish to cancel. A refund will be issued at the time of cancellation and can take up to 5 days to arrive.
In the event of a sale or the purchase of an ex-display model then the right to a replacement, repair or refund is waived here.
