Shipping

All orders are shipped same working day if placed before 5 pm. The service we use for our free delivery items is Royal Mail 2nd class. It takes 2-3 working days to arrive, however, please allow up to 10 working days in times of high demand or national emergencies. Most of our orders sent using this service actually arrive the second day, but there might be exceptions.

First Class – If you want to receive your order sooner, please choose this service. Delivery is expected between 1-3 days but most of the parcels actually arrive the next day. In times of high demand or national emergencies, up to 10 days must be allowed.

We only dispatch orders to your registered address, so please pay extra attention to details you enter at checkout.

Payment

We prefer PayPal payments. This ensures your complete protection and also allows us to track your order quicker and give you a better, faster service. Immediate payment after purchasing guarantees the same working day shipment.
